Personal Training (1:1)

Type: Resistance, endurance, core, stability, and balance
Where: In your home or other approved location
Focus: Safety, proper form, movement patterns, and body mechanics for you and your fitness goals.
Resistance options:

Bodyweight, Resistance bands/tubbing, Suspension systems, Dumbbells, and/or Free weights

Online Coaching

Type: Resistance, endurance, core, stability, and balance
Where: Remote (Via apps, instructional videos, and streaming, with weekly/monthly check-ins)
Focus: Safety, proper form, movement patterns, and body mechanics for you and your fitness goals.
Resistance options:

Bodyweight, Resistance bands/tubbing, Suspension systems, Dumbbells, and/or Free weights

Monthly Programming

Plans: 4, 6, 8, and 12 week training plans, customized to your fitness goals
Where: Remote (Via email with weekly/monthly check-ins)
Focus: Safety, proper form, movement patterns, and body mechanics for you and your fitness goals.
Resistance options:

Bodyweight, Resistance bands/tubbing, Suspension systems, Dumbbells, and/or Free weights

Running Coach (1:1)

Where: In your home (treadmill) or other approved location (track, running path/trail)
Type: Road or Trail
Focus: Safety and proper running form and body mechanics for you and your running goals.
Training options: Mileage building, Speed work, and Form drills

Race Training Programs

Plans: 8, 12, 16, 18, and 20 week training plans, customized to your race goals
Via email with weekly/monthly check-ins
Distances: 5K,10K, Half Marathon, and Marathon

Specialty Services

Are you a gym, fitness facility, or organization looking for a group fitness instructor or facilitator?

I lead resistance, cardio, and HIIT focused fitness classes ranging from 30 minutes to 1 hour.

I facilitate running groups of all sizes including warm ups, cool downs, and group management.

My Approach

Throughout my fitness journey I’ve learned many times that the changes we desire don’t usually happen overnight. The road to lasting transformation takes time and is unique to everyone. My process to help you find that pathway is slow and gradual, but the results long-lasting. Having prioritized health and fitness throughout my life, I’ve learned many different approaches that have helped me and others get back on track, stay on course, and achieve both short- and long-term goals. Along with consistency, patience, and self-compassion, I can help you discover what works best for you to reach your goals for life-long health and fitness.

Consistency

A firmness of constitution or character.

For me this has been the key to unlocking the door to overcoming life’s challenges and achieving life goals. Developing skills to maintain a unique and intentional practice to improve upon something, help us move forward and make great progress over time.

Patience

An ability to persevere over a long period of time despite opposition, difficulty, or adversity.

All the significant changes I’ve made in my life required time, so without patience the perception of that requirement may become skewed and negative. With patience we begin to recognize the value of the smaller achievements, get better at honoring the commitments we make with ourselves, which together help us reach our larger goals.

Self-compassion

A practice of directing kindness, care, and understanding toward oneself during times of failure, inadequacy, or suffering.

When I’m more compassionate with myself during challenging times, I’m more capable of moving forward. Over time the power of our mind and body and the miracle we are become more apparent. Our perceived inadequacies and failures transmute into opportunities for healing and growth, and ultimately we suffer less.

If all of my efforts helped someone feel good in their body just once, I consider that a success because that feeling has the potential to change their direction. However, my hope is to help you make that feeling permanent because that has the power to transform your whole life and the world around you.
